Now owner of a 1987 505 Turbo S, to match my red wagon S. This one at least is a 5 speed, so I will have the bones to convert the wagon over. Hate to pull any one of these off the road for parts though. Might just put the work into this one for winter beater duty

The last of the rust prone Peugeots. Too bad really, they're great cars. More would've survived had they been rust proved as my own 13 year old Peugeot, which has higher mileage than this 505 but is completely rust free (including the underside) despite our salted roads in winter.

my turbo S wagon has zero on it. But I bought this one for scrap money, so all good in my book. Rear swingarms need replacing too

That's a bargain then. Must be hard to find in the US, they're even quite rare here despite having been a relative sales hit in its earlier years. Most were shipped to Africa after a decade or so though.
I like the wheels, they would make great winter wheels for my car.

yeah especially the Turbo S. One year only with that god damned ABS. It was totally worth it. Those are the non metric rims at least. I already have another car with TRX

They are great looking things. Shall have to get back to pestering my mate to get one again.
He's looking at TDi Ibizas at the moment. Not sure I can stand idly by and let that happen.
